A Book, a Door to the Future: “Books for Everyone” Reaches Calahuta
The Kreskanta Foundation brought its “Books for All” program to the Calahuta Educational Unit, sharing books, knowledge, and hope during the celebration of Bolivia’s national anniversary. We warmly thank the local education authorities, the school administration, and the teachers for opening their doors and supporting this meaningful educational initiative. We are confident that these books will inspire students, nurture their imagination, and contribute to building a brighter future.

Books for All Arrives at Calahuta Educational Unit
As part of the celebration of another national anniversary, we had the pleasure of visiting the Calahuta Educational Unit as part of our “Books for All” program, bringing something that, although it may seem simple, has the power to open doors, awaken dreams, and transform lives: books.
It was a particularly meaningful moment. Sharing this day with the students, teachers, and educational and community authorities reminded us that celebrating our country also means investing in its future, providing our children and young people with the tools to learn, imagine, and build their own dreams.
Every book that reaches a student's hands represents much more than printed pages. It is a window to other worlds, an invitation to discover new ideas, learn about other realities, and develop the imagination. Reading allows us to ask questions, find answers, learn to think, and, above all, understand that there are always new horizons to discover.
At the Kreskanta Foundation, we firmly believe that reading should be accessible to everyone, regardless of where a community is located or what its resources are. Therefore, our "Books for Everyone" program seeks to bring books to schools and communities, convinced that cultivating a love of reading is also cultivating knowledge, hope, and opportunities.
We want to express our sincere gratitude to the Torotoro District Education Office for supporting and facilitating this initiative; to the principal of the Calahuta Educational Unit for opening the doors of their school to us; and to all the teachers for their daily commitment and for allowing us to share this wonderful moment with their students, not forgetting the community members gathered for this celebration for allowing us to be there.
To the children and young people of Calahuta, we extend our best wishes and an invitation: open the books, read them, take care of them, and let yourselves be carried away by their stories. Perhaps within their pages you will find an idea that changes your perspective on the world, a story that inspires you, or even the dream you hope to one day make a reality.
Because every time a child opens a book, a door to the future also opens.
We are confident that these books will be companions in learning and growth for the students of Calahuta. And we hope that this small seed of reading that we share today can grow strong in every child, every young person, and ultimately, in the entire community.
